Terms of Use

Our website is maintained by ourselves and we endeavour to make sure that all information on the site is correct to our knowledge. If uncertain of any detail, please feel free to contact us through the website before making a purchase. All parts remain the property of osport design until payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for items offered at an incorrect price.

Payment

Payments are made to Jake Oliveira – trading as osport design. Payments can be made using paypal or swipe. Alternatively if you prefer, you can contact osport design and make a bank transfer at which point your order will be placed.

Delivery

As our components are made to order, we cannot confirm delivery dates until we understand where the component fits into our manufacturing schedule. As soon as we know where your order fits into the schedule, we will be in touch. We use a next day courier and the package will need to be signed for.

Recommended guidelines for our products

We recommend that any carbon fibre products are UV lacquered to prevent damage from sunlight. The resin can discolour over time. We also strongly recommend heat reflective foil to be used on the inside face of our diffusers at the very least. The exhaust systems on Lotus cars are extremely close to the diffuser and can reach very high temperatures. We advise monitoring the temperature after fitting onto the car to make sure temperatures aren't exceeding an acceptable level. If it is too hot to touch, it could be damaging your diffuser and the lacquer.

Returns Procedure

If a product is found to be faulty before fitment, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to solve the problem as swiftly as possible.

If a product develops a fault after fitment, please contact us for advice. We will advise you of any steps you can take to fix or reach a solution.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before the part has been delivered you may do so and we will refund to you your payment, but you will incure any costs to osport up to that point in the manufacturing process. Carbon fibre has a shelf life and once at room temperature risks being spoilt. If we can move your order to somebody else we will do so with no charge.

No reason is needed for cancelling an order and it can be cancelled at any time during the order process starting immediately after the order has been placed on the website subject to any above charges incurred. The cancellation period ends once goods have been dispatched.  After this time you will be unable to cancel the order without a valid reason i.e. the supplied goods are faulty or defective in some way. Any orders cancelled after dispatch will need to be returned to osport design at the address given on your invoice.

The cost of the return postage for the goods will be charged to the customer depending on the circumstances.

Any cancelled orders will have funds returned to you via your method of payment within 30 days.

Warranty - General Notes

All product warranty is in addition to your specific legal rights. All statutory rights remain unaffected. Unless stated, all of our products are new. The warranty protects the original owner & is not transferable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. It covers all defects in material and manufacturing but does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, modification or damage caused by neglect. Damage caused by failure to follow fitting and recommended guidelines is also not covered. The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential losses, the cost of return for testing or the cost of removal and re-installation. We do not warrant any parts used for track/race use.

Complaints Procedure
